Getting Started
- Visit the Chrome Web Store
- Search for "BasaGo" or click the install link on our homepage
- Click "Add to Chrome"
- Create an account when prompted
- Verify your email address
- Start translating!
After installing the extension:
- Click the BasaGo extension icon in your browser
- Click "Create Account" in the options page
- Enter your email, password, and optional name
- Click "Sign Up"
- Check your email for a verification link
- Click the verification link to activate your account
There are several ways to translate content:
- Full page translation: Click the BasaGo icon and select "Translate Page"
- Selected text: Highlight text, right-click, and choose "Translate with BasaGo"
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! BasaGo offers a generous free tier with monthly translation quotas. Each user gets 100,000 characters per month, which is enough for extensive daily use. Premium plans with higher quotas may be introduced in the future.

Troubleshooting
If you haven't received your verification email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait up to 10 minutes for delivery
- Try the "Resend verification email" option in the login form
- Ensure your email address was entered correctly
- Contact support if the issue persists
If translations aren't working:
- Ensure you're logged into your BasaGo account
- Check that you haven't exceeded your monthly quota
- Try refreshing the webpage
- Disable other translation extensions temporarily
- Check your internet connection
- Try restarting your browser
If the BasaGo icon isn't visible:
- Check if the extension is enabled in Chrome's extensions page (chrome://extensions/)
- Pin the extension by clicking the puzzle piece icon and pinning BasaGo
- Refresh the current webpage
- Restart your browser
- Reinstall the extension if necessary
